Privacy Policy

1. Overview

ZeeleeZ ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and your choices. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), as applicable.

2. Information we collect

• When you contact us: your name, business name, and email address, and the contents of your message (for example, when you request a free sample).
• When you become a client: business and billing contact details needed to provide and invoice the services.
• Your customers' information, handled on your behalf: if you provide a client email list so we can prepare your newsletter or email sequence, we process that information only on your instructions, only to provide your services. You remain responsible for having collected it lawfully and with proper consent.
• Public information: reviews of your business posted on public platforms, which we read in order to draft replies.

3. This website

This website is a static information page. It does not run advertising trackers, does not sell visitor data, and sets no marketing cookies. If basic hosting analytics are enabled by our hosting provider, they are used only in aggregate to keep the site running.

4. How we use information

• To respond to your enquiries and provide a requested free sample;
• To provide, invoice, and support the services you purchase;
• To prepare content for your approval (review replies, newsletters, email sequences);
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use a client's customer list for any other client, for our own marketing, or for any purpose other than that client's services.

5. Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers needed to operate (such as email and payment providers), under their own privacy terms, or where required by law. Content you approve for publication (such as a review reply or your newsletter) is published as you directed.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep client information only as long as needed to provide the services and meet legal obligations. When a client relationship ends, customer list data provided for that client is deleted or returned within 30 days, on request or as part of off-boarding, except records we must keep by law (such as invoices).

7. Safeguards

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including account access controls and verification features offered by our providers.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, or correction or deletion of, your personal information in our custody, subject to legal exceptions. If you are a customer of one of our clients and have a request about information that client provided, please contact that business first; we will assist them in responding.
